International Delivery

Outside mainland France, customs or import taxes may apply upon receipt of your order. This information will be indicated in the stages of finalizing your order.



Return policy

In accordance with consumer protection legislation, you can exercise your right to return purchased products without incurring a penalty and without having to provide a reason, by informing LOUMIO SAS. within fourteen (14) days from the date you received them from LoumioParis.com.

In the event of withdrawal within the legal period, the return costs will be covered by the Company.

To return a purchase, items must meet the following conditions:

 - Items must be in original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached and intact and original packaging included


- Items must be included in an undamaged shipping box, preferably the one the order was received in


- Items must be returned from the same country where the order was delivered

 

For France and Belgium


  1. Please send us, to the following email address: contact@loumio.fr, the withdrawal form completed by you, available in the General Conditions of Sale, specifying the product(s) you wish to return as well as the reason.

  1. Once the request has been validated, we will send you a return slip, to stick on your envelope. Pack the item(s) in their original bag, specifying the order number

  1. Drop off your package at La Poste, and keep proof of posting as well as the tracking number.

*The shipping address for returns must be the same as the order's delivery address. In the event of a second return for the same order, the costs are your responsibility.


We advise you to take delivery with a tracking number, otherwise we will not be able to process your return in the event of loss.

For EU countries excluding France and Belgium


The approach remains the same as for France and Belgium.

Once the request is made through your account, we will send you a return label. All you have to do is drop off your package at the corresponding collection point closest to you.

 

For the rest of the world outside France and the EU


Any return and customs costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We advise you to take delivery with a tracking number, in order to acknowledge receipt of your return and proceed with the reimbursement.


Finally, remember to include your delivery note in the order or at least the order number, the product(s) returned and the reason for your return.


Trades


Unfortunately, we cannot offer an exchange for logistical reasons. For a new size, another model or another color, we invite you to return the item by making a return request and reordering on the e-shop.

Refunds


Upon receipt of your package, we will verify and reimburse the items. The time it takes for your account to receive credit depends on your bank and can usually be up to 10 business days.
